Gul Plaza Fire Mystery: Where Did the Debris Dumpers Go?
During the rescue and search work at Gul Plaza on M.A. Jinnah Road, a very surprising thing came to light. The Deputy Commissioner (DC) South, Javed Nabi Khoso, told the media that two big trucks (dumpers) filled with broken building material have gone missing from the site.
While talking to reporters, DC South said that all things taken out from the broken building are being kept safely by the government. He told the victims and shopkeepers not to worry because their belongings are being protected and nothing will be misused.
However, he also shared that yesterday two dumpers left the Gul Plaza site with debris but never reached the place where the waste was supposed to be dumped. He said that this is a serious matter and the authorities will soon find out where those dumpers went.

Giving more information about the rescue work, which has been going on for five days, Javed Nabi Khoso said that the cleaning and removal of broken parts has been happening for the last two days. Until now, 28 dead bodies have been found from the site, which shows how dangerous and sad the incident is.
He also said that more than 40 percent of the building has fallen down. To stop more damage and keep people safe, workers are removing heavy air conditioners from the building so that the weight of the structure becomes less.
The Deputy Commissioner explained that the rescue work is being done very slowly and carefully because the building is still weak and unsafe. He said that the safety of workers and rescuers is the most important thing during this operation.
