Balochistan completes first AI-based recruitment for 100+ jobs, ensuring transparency under CM Sarfraz Bugti.

Over 100 government jobs filled using artificial intelligence, ensuring transparency and eliminating human bias.

For the first time in Pakistan’s history, the province of Balochistan has completed authority recruitment using Artificial Intelligence. More than 100 government jobs were filled through this modern system.

According to details, 18 January became a historic day in Balochistan’s administrative history. This step can change the way government hiring is done, not only in Balochistan but in the whole country.

Balochistan has long faced problems like favoritism, corruption, and lack of merit. However, this four-hour Artificial Intelligence-based experiment proved that human bias can be removed from authority hiring by using artificial intelligence.

This was the first time that recruitment for more than 100 Sub-Accountant posts in the Provincial Finance Department was done completely through an Artificial Intelligence system.

From preparing questions to conducting the test, checking papers, shortlisting candidates, and even issuing appointment letters, every step was handled by computer algorithms instead of humans.

The process ended when Chief Minister Balochistan, Sarfraz Bugti, personally distributed appointment letters to successful candidates. These candidates were selected by an automated system, not by a selection board.

“Transparency, speed, and low cost are the key benefits of this innovative system.”

Officials said that this system was designed by Imran Zarqoon, who has an educational background in AI governance and human resource management. The main aim of this system was to ensure transparency, speed, and low cost.

Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti approved the idea, and the Artificial Intelligence system was prepared to manage all parts of the recruitment process automatically.

A question bank of 30,000 questions was prepared based on a fixed syllabus. During the test held on 18 January, candidates were given smart tablets in the exam hall.

Each candidate entered their roll number, and the Artificial Intelligence system instantly generated a unique multiple-choice paper. No two candidates received the same paper.

As soon as a candidate finished the test, the system immediately showed their marks on a central screen, along with their name and district, making the process fully transparent.
