Internet services across Pakistan are facing problems these days because one of the main upstream internet providers is currently down, according to an official statement from Nayatel. Due to this issue, a large part of the country’s internet traffic is affected, which is why many users are experiencing slow speeds and poor connectivity.
Nayatel shared on its official account that internet performance across the country has dropped because one out of its two upstream providers is facing an outage. This has caused disruption in a major portion of internet traffic nationwide.
The company also said that its technical team is closely monitoring the situation and is in constant coordination with the affected upstream provider to fix the problem as soon as possible. However, no exact timeline has been given yet, so it is still unclear when internet services will return to normal.
