Job Overview:
HEC is recruiting project-based contract posts for 2026. These include senior leadership, middle management, accounts and administrative support roles. Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:
Education:
Graduation to Master’s/MBA in relevant fields depending on the post, including Finance, Commerce, Management, and general administration.
Experience:
1–12 years post-qualification experience depending on the post. Internship experience is not counted.
Skills:
Project management, financial management, office administration, MS Office, record keeping, and clerical support.
Qualifications:
- Degree from HEC-recognized institution
- Experience as per post requirement

- Age relaxation: 5 years general relaxation included in maximum age limit
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project work and administrative tasks
- Oversee finance and accounts reporting
