 Beach Supervisor (Female)

• Proven lifeguarding experience (typically 2–3 seasons or equivalent rescue/lead hours)
• Ability to manage multiple incidents effectively under pressure
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred for transportation-related duties
• Strong swimming and rescue capabilities
• Ability to maintain situational awareness across multiple stations
• Ability to lift and move equipment while coordinating emergency logistics

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in incident command or emergency management
• Administrative and report-writing experience
• Bilingual communication skills will be an advantage

 Assistant Manager (Female)

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, camps, or similar environments
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Customer service experience in high-volume outdoor environments
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working outdoors
• Ability to assist in emergency response situations when required
• Confidence working in public-facing, high-visibility environments

 Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of staff supervision experience
• Experience with event operations or public safety coordination
• Familiarity with local beach regulations and incident documentation procedures

 Female Lifeguard
 Requirements: Must bring a swimming costume, goggles, and a towel.

• Current and valid CPR/AED Certification
• First Aid Certification (preferred or required depending on training program)
• Strong swimming ability, including successful completion of timed swim and pool skills assessments
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in heat, sunlight, and varying weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

 Physical and professional skills:

• Strong endurance and alertness during long observation shifts
• Ability to lift and carry rescue equipment and assist during emergency situations
• Sound judgment and quick decision-making abilities
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to follow supervisor instructions
