Job Overview:
The Marketing Intern – AI & Digital Innovation will support end-to-end marketing activities, including paid advertising, SEO, content creation, marketing automation, lead generation, outreach, and analytics. The role offers strong learning exposure to modern tools, AI platforms, and performance-driven marketing strategies.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or growth marketing.
Skills:
- Knowledge of digital ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Content creation skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, or AI design tools).
- Short-form video creation for Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content.
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.).
- Data handling and lead management using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
- Interest in AI-driven marketing tools and automation workflows.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising & Paid Promotions:
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn, Google, Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics
SEO & Organic Growth:
- Keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO
- Improve website rankings, impressions, and organic traffic
- Grow social media engagement through quality content
Content Creation (Visual & Video):
- Design creatives using Canva, Figma, Adobe & AI tools
- Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
- Produce viral, high-engagement content
Marketing Automation & Outreach:
- Run email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts & CRM workflows
- Manage outreach sequences via HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.
Data Sourcing & Lead Generation:
- Collect leads using ethical and permitted sources
- Manage large datasets (50,000–100,000+) via CRM or spreadsheets
Client Outreach & Engagement:
- Execute outbound messaging campaigns
- Draft personalized email, LinkedIn & WhatsApp messages
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track KPIs for ads, email, content & automation
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards
AI-Integrated Content Management:
- Use AI tools for SEO-friendly, engaging content
- Optimize content for AI search platforms
