Job Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee and lead software development projects across web and mobile platforms, ensuring quality delivery through Agile methodologies. Responsible for client communication, risk management, team leadership, and coordination across multiple disciplines, the role demands an experienced professional comfortable managing night shift operations and delivering projects on time and within scope.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
- 6 to 8 years of software development experience.
- At least 1 to 2 years in a Project Manager/Development Manager/Lead role.
- Experience with n-tier application development on Microsoft, open source, or mobile platforms.
- Hands-on experience implementing Agile frameworks.
- Offshore software development environment experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Good programming and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design and system architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (starting from 7:00 PM).
