Job Overview:
The Software Developer will be responsible for end-to-end software and web development, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, outsourced developers, and clients to improve application performance and deliver reliable software platforms. The position also supports backend technologies and contributes to the stability and commercialization of company products.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Master’s degree will be preferred
Experience:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in web/software development
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in backend development and API integrations
- Proficiency in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Magento)
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services
- Familiarity with MySQL databases
- Understanding of UI design, cross-browser compatibility, security principles, and OOP concepts
Management & Soft Skills:
- Energetic, motivated, and creative mindset
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
- Good problem-solving and documentation skills
Other Details:
- Age: 20–30 years
- Gender: No restriction
- Work Hours: 5 days a week (42 hours/week), availability required for urgent tasks
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month
- Work Location: In-person
