Authorities have imposed a 6am to 6pm curfew in Sereykai and Sararogha, Waziristan, sealing roads and enforcing strict security measures.

The local administration has announced a curfew in Upper South Waziristan on January 31. The curfew will be enforced in Sereykai and Sararogha tehsils from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
During this time, residents will not be allowed to leave their homes. All roads, markets, and shops will remain completely closed. Authorities have advised people to stay indoors throughout the day.
Several main roads will be fully sealed, including Sararogha to Kotkai to Spinkai Ragzai to Nazar Khel, Dargai Bridge to Madi Jan to Shin Warsak to Mola Khan Sarai to Chagmalai, and Sereykai to Mola Khan Sarai Road. No travel will be permitted on these routes.

Only emergency movement will be allowed. Individuals facing emergencies must obtain prior permission from police or security forces and carry their identity cards and relevant documents while traveling.

Security forces have issued strict instructions for checkpoints. Vehicles must stop 50 meters before reaching checkpoints, and all passengers must step out of the vehicle when security personnel are present.
Authorities have warned that anyone violating the curfew orders will be held fully responsible and may face legal consequences.
