The government has reduced the prices of petroleum products for the next fortnight.
According to a press release issued by the Petroleum Division, the he price of High Speed Diesel has been reduced by eight rupees and fifty-seven paisa per litre, bringing the new price to two hundred fifty-seven rupees and eight paisa per litre.
Similarly, the price of Motor Spirit (MS) has been cut by ten rupees and twenty-eight paisa per litre, and its new price will be two hundred fifty-three rupees and seventeen paisa per litre.
The new prices will be effective from midnight tonight.
