This program is designed in line with the Chief Minister’s vision of “Housing for All.” This means that every person should have a safe roof to live in. The responsibility for implementing this project lies with the Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency, while its management is being handled by the Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Department (HUD&PHED).

A simple description of the Apni Zameen Apni Ghar
Under this project, deserving and poor people will be given a 3 marla residential plot absolutely free of cost. That is, no money will have to be paid for the land. This program is not being started in the entire Punjab at once but in phases.
In the first phase, 1,892 plots will be given under 23 different schemes in 19 districts of Punjab. This initiative will greatly benefit those who do not have their own land. In this way, poor families will get their own land and they will be able to improve their future.

In the first phase, this program is being launched in these districts:
Attock, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chiniot, Faisalabad, Gujrat, Jhang, Jhelum, Kasur, Khushab, Layyah, Lodhran, Mandi Bahauddin, Okara, Rajanpur, Sahiwal, Sargodha and Vehari.

Eligibility Rules
There are a few simple conditions to join this program:
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab, and this must be proven by his/her identity card.
- The application can be made only for the scheme of his/her own district.
- The applicant, his/her husband or wife, and children should not own any house or plot anywhere in Pakistan.
- The applicant should not be involved in any crime.
- The person should not be a debtor to any bank or institution.
- All the information given in the application form should be true and correct, as providing false information may lead to rejection of the application.

- If you don’t have an account, create a new one, and if you already have one, log in.
- Fill in your personal information, income details, and other necessary details in the application form.
- Upload scanned copies of the requested documents.
- Double check the form thoroughly and then submit it.
- After submitting the application, keep checking the status of your application by visiting the same portal.
