Roads closed in upper regions as weather department forecasts more rain and snow across the country.

Heavy snowfall in the upper areas has caused many roads to close, cutting off land connections in several regions. In Chaman, heavy rainfall flooded low-lying areas and created problems for local residents.

According to reports, snowfall in the northern regions has badly affected daily life. In Neelum Valley, light snowfall was recorded again, while in Gurez Valley, up to five feet of snow fell. Because of this, people were forced to stay inside their homes. Roads leading to Gurez Valley were closed, and in Leepa Valley, land routes were completely cut off due to heavy snow.

Work to restore electricity in affected areas is still ongoing. The Pakistan Army continued helicopter rescue and relief operations. In one case, a female patient with serious medical problems was shifted to Rawalpindi Military Hospital through an emergency helicopter service.
