Ishaq Dar Holds Detailed Talks with Iranian Foreign Minister on Regional Situation

Islamabad: Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, during which the two leaders engaged in a detailed discussion on the current political and security situation in Iran and the region.

According to a Foreign Office spokesperson, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar conveyed his best wishes to Abbas Araghchi for promoting peace and stability in the region. On this occasion, both leaders agreed to continue regular consultations on bilateral relations, regional challenges, and other matters of mutual interest.

“Our dialogue with Iran reflects Pakistan’s commitment to regional stability and cooperation on economic and security matters.”
