The Prime Minister’s Youth Empowerment Program has launched special projects in the areas of health, nutrition, education, youth and gender.The projects aim to improve society and agriculture.
Job Overview:
Hukum-e-Pakistan Social Sector Accelerator (HNEYG) is offering various contract jobs. The posts include Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Marketing and Finance Officer, Graphic Designer, Office Assistant, Compliance Staff, Office Helper and Driver. All these jobs are to support youth empowerment and social development projects across the country.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:
Education:
For jobs, education should be from primary to master’s (14 to 16 years of education). The degree must be in IT, computer science, software engineering, public policy, business administration, economics, marketing, finance, graphic design, social sciences, ICT, commerce or similar subjects.
Experience:
2 to 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience depending on the post.
Skills:
What does it involve in database management, managing IT projects, developing websites and software (full stack development), monitoring and evaluating work, keeping track of money (financial management), public relations and marketing? What about graphic design, running social media,Driving skills are also essential for office waiting and driver positions.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree from recognized institution
- Valid Driving License (for Drivers post)
- Government employees must apply through proper channel
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Relevant professional experience as per PPS level
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HNEYG project operations
- Develop and maintain IT systems and databases
- Monitor and evaluate work
- Manage finance, marketing and placement operations
- Providing office or administrative support
- Enforcing rules and filing necessary documents
- Providing driving and office maintenance for support staff
