The Skills Development Program provides training in over 100 different skills. The entire program is overseen by the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). The agency is working with more than 600 training centers across the country. These centers include major universities, technical institutes, and reputable companies, where youth are provided quality and practical training so that they can better utilize their skills in real life.
This program is designed to teach young people the skills that are most needed in the market at the moment. This has the advantage that after learning, it becomes easier for young people to find a job and they avoid wasting time.
